VISA/IMMIGRATION SERVICES-:
Prior to moving to Singapore for work, you (and maybe also your family) will have to get the relevant work / dependant / student visa’s, which will allow to you all to reside in Singapore legally, for the duration of your stay. At SEPE (S) Pte Ltd we can also help on this process by applying for the required pass approvals prior to your arrival in Singapore. Once approved you’ll be issued with a letter, where you’ll then just have to drop down to Immigration get your pass cards accordingly.
ISLAND ORIENTATION SERVICES-:
If you’re new to Singapore you’re probably not really familiar with most of the areas around the island for transport options, schooling, nearby amenities & recreation/leisure activities etc. Therefore as part of our housing process, one of our veteran real estate agents will advise you on all the potential areas for you to live. This will enable you to make the right choice of location for your new home search with us.
SCHOOL SEARCH-:
In addition to just your home search, another important issue is where are your children going to continue their studies, during your stay here? Unless one of your family nucleus is a Singaporean or Permanent Resident, then the only options would be one of the large International schools or some of the smaller educational institutions. As SEPE (S) Pte Ltd we can advise you on the options, and also make arrangements for you to go and meet up with one of the schooling administration staff, so they can run through the school’s curriculum & activities for your consideration.
