It is Strongly Recommended that you engage a professional Council of Estate Agents (CEA) registered real estate agency in Singapore for your home search, as ALL agencies here utilise the same centralised co-broking databases for ALL properties for rent & sale (Which contains about another 30% of available properties, that you won't find on the Internet/Papers Etc) Then upon receipt of your requirements/Specific Needs/Approx Budget, we will narrow down ALL the potential properties for you to view in one or two sessions for your consideration, this saves a lot of time and effort from your side will help you secure you lease in the minimum amount of time at NO COST TO YOU FOR OUR SERVICES (As commission fees are paid by the owners here in Singapore for standard leases/purchases).
